Terms of Service

FableChat provides fictional AI character conversations for entertainment and personal reflection. Characters are not real people, human operators, therapists, advisors, or dating partners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FableChat and be legally able to use online services in your region. If you are under 18, purchases require any legally required parent or guardian consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for sexual content, nude or sexual image requests, harassment, illegal activity, professional advice, self-harm instructions, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

Paid access

Paid access, when enabled, unlocks additional usage and memory-based personalization. It does not unlock adult, explicit, or human-operated chat.

Usage limits apply and may change as the service evolves. Daily and monthly limits apply across the characters on your account. If you reach a limit, chatting pauses until the applicable usage period resets. Significant changes to paid usage will be communicated before they take effect.

Safety

Our safety policy is part of these terms. Review it at /safety.
