Age screening

Age and eligibility checks are used as youth-safety and privacy measures. Users must be at least 13. These checks do not indicate adult content. The product remains non-explicit for all users, and paid access does not unlock sexual or adult content.

Boundaries

• • Sexually explicit content, nudity, and sexual roleplay are not allowed.
• • Users under 13 may not use the service; users under 18 and age-ambiguous users stay within safer, non-romantic conversation boundaries.
• • Medical, legal, financial, and investment advice are not provided.
• • The service must not pressure users to pay through emotional dependency or manipulation.
• • Crisis or self-harm signals are routed to safety-first responses instead of pure character roleplay.

How boundaries are enforced

The app uses input checks, output post-checks, refusal templates, safety event logging, and access controls. If a user directly asks whether the character is AI or a real person, the character must not falsely claim to be a human operator.
